Today, you will walk with your guide for an introduction to Toubkal National Park and its surrounding villages. A Berber Tagine will be prepared for you by a local family for you. Dinner and overnight in Imlil.

Today, transfer to Marrakech. Spend the rest of the morning at leisure in your riad. Meet your guide after lunch for a walking tour of the Medina. Visit the Saadian tombs, the Bahia Palace and La Koutoubia Mosque. After venturing in the Souks watching the craftsmen working in their workshops, end your tour in Jamaa Elfna Square.

After breakfast, meet your guide and horse drawn carriage for a visit of Majorelle Gardens and Gueliz, the old French district. You might want to have lunch at one of the cafés in gueliz before returning to your riad. Spend the rest of the afternoon at leisure. Dinner tonight will be served at Dar Youcout Moroccan restaurant.

After breakfast, transfer to Essouira on the coast. On your way, stop at an Argan oil cooperative to watch local Berber ladies processing the Argan nuts and making them into a liquid gold called Argan. We continue to Meskala to visit an artisanal goat cheese cooperative. This refurbished Kasbah has a surprise in every corner. Sample some goat cheese made in the premises. Continue to Val d’Argan, the only vinyard in Morocco outside the traditional growing regions around Meknes up north. This is a highly organic property. It produces some excellent red and white wines. Enjoy lunch in the vinyard accompanied with a wine tasting session at the property’s panoramic restaurant that overloolks the vinyard and the surrounding country side. Arrive at Essaouira mid afternoon. Dinner and overnight in your Essaouira Riad.

Meet your guide in the morning for a walking tour of Essaouira including the fishing port, and its bastions, the Skala, the Mellah and the Kasbah. Enjoy a walk in the streets of Magador ( the old name of Essaouira ) with its art and thuya wood galleries wile listening to Gnaoua music played in every shop. You might want to try a grilled seafood lunch at the carts next to fishing port offering different types of today’s catch fish. Spend the afternoon at leisure to sun bathe at the beach or at your riad’s roof top terrace.
