Embark on a 3-day, 2-night tour from Marrakech to Ouarzazate and Todra Gorges. Pick-up at 8h am Departure to Ouarzazate (250km/4 hrs) crossing the Atlas Mountains and its striking scenery through the Tizi N'Tichka Pass at an altitude of more than 2000 metres. See the ancient Kasbahs complex of Ait Ben Haddou, an impressive 11 century structure, declared by UNESCO to be an historical treasure, recent movies made at Ait Ben Haddou include "Gladiator" (2000), directed by Ridley Scott, and "Alexander" (2004), Oliver Stone Continue on to the Atlas Film Studios at Ouarzazate, the largest film studio in the world which famously featured in the TV series Game of Thrones; Spend some free time to visit the studios or to explore on your own. Afternoon at leisure. Overnight at your hotel/riad in Ouarzazate.
Ouarzazate – Tinghir – Todra Gorges – Ouarzazate; start your day with a picturesque drive through the Skoura Kasbah area along the Route of 1000 Kasbahs. Roses for making perfume are the speciality of El Kelaa des Mgouna. Paris, the famous perfume by Yves Saint Laurent is made from the extract of these roses. You will find some nice shopping here for rose products such as rose water, body milk, dried petals etc Pass by palm grove oases and Kasbah dwellings; through Dades Valley; along the Gorges of Todra where you will marvel at the cliffs of these gorges high above where you stand, time at leisure for lunch; then explore the Gorges on your own before driving back to Ouarzazate. Dinner and overnight at your hotel in Ouarzazate
Breakfast then departure transfer to Ouarzazate airport for your flight back home Or to your Hotel in Marrakech.
